Roadside Cleanup Ministry

Overview
The Roadside Cleanup Ministry is a great service opportunity to enjoy fellowship and care for our community at the same time. Twice a year, volunteers gather to help keep Welcome Baptist Road neat and clean for those who travel it. We meet in the Welcome Baptist Church parking lot in the spring and fall, with our spring cleanup typically happening in April around Earth Day. We enjoy a morning of fellowship, service and stewardship. Volunteers meet at 8:30 am on the designated Saturday and usually finish by 10:30 am. The church provides trash bags, grabbers, gloves and reflective vests — just bring yourself and a willingness to serve. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals and families of all ages to serve together and make a visible difference in our community. No sign-up is required — simply show up and join us.
