Join us for 5K through Fourth Grade SOS (Scripture on Sunday)
Overview
Our 5K through fourth grade SOS program is our Sunday evening children’s ministry that includes supper, a devotion/Bible story, music, crafts, games, and mission projects. SOS is an opportunity to bring the children together to praise God, care for our community, grow as members of our church family and share their love of God with others. Special fun activities are planned throughout the year to build the bond between the children and the adults who care for them. We may visit Big Air, have a movie night, go shopping for mission project supplies, enjoy ice cream and play games with the older youth.
SOS meets each Sunday evening from September through the end of May. SOS does not meet during the local school Christmas holidays and Spring Break. SOS meets from 5:15 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise announced for a special program.
How to Attend
The evening begins at 5:15 p.m. unless otherwise announced for a special outing. We start with supper that is prepared by our wonderful kitchen ladies and then we break into SOS groups. The younger SOS children meet across from Hunter Hall.
